In 1964, William Mitchell created a masterpiece in Golf on what was once a very productive dairy farm. This 18 Hole, Par 73 Championship golf course is situated in the beautiful Mohawk River Valley. The course is a very challenging yet enjoyable venue for all ability levels. There are 3 sets of playing tees measuring from 5000 yards to over 7000 yards for the most advanced players. Over 150 acres of flowing, tall oaks and hauntingly beautiful weeping willows await your arrival for a relaxing round of golf
ABOUT THE COURSE
The Mohawk River Country Club and Chateau is an 18 Hole Public Facility located on the northern banks of the beautiful Mohawk River in Rexford, NY.
The course is a very demanding Championship layout and is considered by many to be the most difficult golf course layout in the area.
The treacherous putting green surfaces and heavily tree-lined fairways will challenge players of all ability levels.
Whether you are a serious player or just a weekend novice the Mohawk River Country Club has teeing areas to suit your level of experience.
